      The Macduff Tower

Kinnaird HouseThe Macduff Tower has recently been refurbished to a high standard to provide spacious accommodation with spectacular views.  It is comfortably and luxuriously decorated with family antiques in what were some of the principal bedrooms of the castle.

 

 

 

The apartment is situated on the top floor of the castle and has its own entrance in the courtyard.  It is fully heated at all times of the year and also has an open fire- place in the sitting room for which logs are provided.

The layout is as follows:
Four-poster bedroom with bathroom en-suite
Double bedroom with bathroom en-suite
Twin bedroom with bathroom en-suite
Twin bedroom with its own bathroom
Double bedroom with its own bathroom
Sitting room
Dining room
Kitchen with larder
Utility room with washing, drying machine

The kitchen has recently been refurbished.  It is provided with a fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and spacious larder.  A television is provided in the sitting room.  All lined is provided including generous sized bath and hand towels.  There are also ample drying areas for outdoor clothes.  Piping hot water is on tap 24 hours a day to enable you to soak in the large antique baths.

Self Catered 2008

Low season (Jan-March and Nov-December)
 £1,250.00 per week

Mid/High season  (April- June and September/October) (July, August and holidays)
 £1650.00 per week

Short Breaks - Low Season  ( Jan-March and Nov-December2008)

The weekend is normally Friday - Monday (£840.00).  Mid week/ Monday to Friday (£780.00) This option is not available July/August or Christmas/New Year.
In order to secure your booking we would ask for a deposit of 25% and a returnable good housekeeping deposit of £250.  Payment must be made in full before entry.

Short Breaks Mid Season  (April- June and September/October)

The weekend is normally Friday - Monday (£910.00).  Mid week/ Monday to Friday (£850.00).  This option is not available July/August or Christmas/New Year.

Catered

*For those who like to be pampered a three course dinner, a full English breakfast, and a daily housekeeping service is available at a cost of £52.00 per person per day.
