                Barony Apartment

The Barony apartment provides extremely comfortable accommodation with spectacular views over the grounds and courtyard.  The bedrooms are not as large as those in the Macduff Tower but the reception rooms are every bit as roomy and elegant.

The apartment is situated at the corner of the castle on the second floor and will comfortably accommodate ten people.  It has its own front door and parking right outside.  The rooms are packed with history and character.

The Barony apartment has a newly installed heating system and is fantastically cosy throughout the year.  A distinguishing feature of the sitting room is the two round towers, which make perfect reading areas.  The sitting room also has an open fire-place for which logs are provided.  There is also a TV room which can double as a single bedroom.  The dining room is particularly spacious and can easily seat 12 people.

The kitchen is light and well equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and a washer/dryer.  Two airing cupboards offer drying facilities and there is a large drying room for outdoor clothes downstairs.  All linen and towels are provide for guests.

Barony Apartment Timings and Prices 2008

Low season (Jan-March and Nov-December)
 £950.00

Mid Season (April- June and September/October)
 £1150.00

High Season (July, August and holidays)
 £1250.00

Short Breaks -Low Season -The weekend is normally Friday - Monday (£710.00).  Mid week/ Monday to Friday (£660.00).  This option is not available July/August or Christmas/New Year.

In order to secure your booking we would ask for a deposit of 25% and a returnable good housekeeping deposit of £250.  Payment must be made in full before entry.

*Exceptions for Easter, Christmas and New Year, Please ask.

Catered

For those who like to be pampered a three course dinner, a full English breakfast, and a daily housekeeping service is available at a cost of £52.00 per person per day.

MISCELLANEOUS - Nursery Suite added as extra -£400.00
